Meridian operates under defined structural controls designed to prevent identification, monitoring, or operational escalation.

Controls include:

• Separate cloud infrastructure from source systems
• One-way anonymized transformation pipeline
• No bidirectional data integration
• Irreversible aggregation
• Defined geographic smoothing
• Defined suppression thresholds
• Fixed minimum reporting lag
• Semi-annual publication cadence

Meridian does not retain property identifiers, participation markers, or operational metadata.

Reverse identification is not supported by system design.
