Structural Constraints
Meridian operates under defined structural controls designed to prevent identification, monitoring, or operational escalation.
Controls include:
- Separate cloud infrastructure from source systems
- One-way anonymized transformation pipeline
- No bidirectional data integration
- Irreversible aggregation
- Defined geographic smoothing
- Defined suppression thresholds
- Fixed minimum reporting lag
- Semi-annual publication cadence
Meridian does not retain property identifiers, participation markers, or operational metadata.
Reverse identification is not supported by system design.
